Over three decades before the advent of "Mixed Martial Arts", a revolutionary art training process was developed by the legendary Bruce Lee Brooklyn NY. This art advanced the principles of "totality" in martial art training with "realistic" and scientific training methods, and "complete freedom" for the individual practitioner. Lee named the cutting edge martial art training process he developed "Jeet Kune Do Brooklyn NY." This training process forms the foundation of what is taught at NY Martial Arts Academy.Womens Kickboxing
Bruce Lee’s governing principles are alive in all of our JKD grappling. Simply mixing martial arts is not Jeet Kune Do and sport martial arts that are being commonly taught are simply not made for the street.
