Our instructors all have over a decade of martial arts experience. 

We've been in business for 32 years. NY Martial Arts Academy was established in 1985.

The children at NY Martial Arts Academy are taught:

Self Discipline: the ability to do the right thing without being told to do so. 

Focus: The skill of concentrating which is valuable in school and later on in life as well. 

Bully Prevention: The confidence to stand up to a bully with words instead of violence. 

Real Self Defense: If a bully does attack your child he or she will be safe. 

Fitness Training: Various exercises that increase strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and coordination. 

Confidence: A positive self image and the belief in one self that they can do whatever they set their mind to.
