Cardio Kickboxing

NYMAA offers its Fitness and Conditioning Program - Aerobically-intense workout classes which serve as both a complement and an alternative to its martial arts curriculum. The Program will include Boxing, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, and Martial Arts Cardio. Each total body work out will run approximately 55 minutes and will improve strength, aerobic fitness, coordination, balance and flexibility.
