How Much Time Do Kids Martial Arts Classes Demand?

Martial arts classes can be a great way to get your kids active and involved in activities outside of school. Even though extracurricular activities can be great for your kids, they are often time-consuming as well. Many parents wonder exactly how much time martial arts classes will demand and we are here to answer.

Classes can typically run for 30-60 minutes depending on the age of the child. It’s recommended for beginners to practice up to 2-3 times a week. However, advanced students may practice even more. If you’re unsure, ask the instructor for the schedule so you can plan accordingly. When it comes to martial arts classes for your child, the dedication and time are worth it as they will benefit from the activity for years to come.
